• Do they have the same number and quality of reviews as we do over the same long period?

• Do their prices include VAT or do they add it sneakily at the end?

• Are they A LOT cheaper? (tends to mean they're using cheap equipment and/or plan on upping the price once they're through your door)

• Have they factored in your room sizes?

• Do they have over 30 years experience and a really solid reputation within the carpet cleaning industry?
